RE: RETRIEVAL OF LEARNER LAPTOP DEVICES

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The school hereby informs all parents and guardians that the retrieval of learner laptop devices will take place from 02 November to 20 November 2026.

Parents and guardians are requested to take responsibility for ensuring that their children's devices are retrieved within the stipulated period. This process is essential for proper device accountability, inventory management and the safekeeping Of school-issued ICT resources.

Important Notice:

• All parents/guardians must ensure that the learner's assigned device is collected within the stated retrieval period.

• Parents/guardians are encouraged to complete the retrieval process well before the closing date to avoid last-minute delays.

• Any outstanding device related matters Or discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the ICT personnel responsible during collection.
