Dear Parents/Guardians

IMPORTANT SCHOOL NOTICES AND REMINDERS

The school would like to inform parents and guardians of the following important matters as we approach the end of the school term.

1. Finalisation of Assessments

Educators will be using this week and the coming week to finalize assessments, mark scripts, capture marks and complete the necessary academic and administrative processes before the school closes on Wednesday, 23 September 2026.

Parents are therefore encouraged to manage learners' attendance responsibly during this period and, where a learner has no scheduled academic activity, to consider allowing the learner to remain at home and use the time productively for revision and preparation. Learners who are required to attend school for assessments, academic support, scheduled activities or any other programme must, however, report to school as instructed by the relevant educator. Parents are requested to ensure that learners remain focused on their academic responsibilities during this important period.

2. Career-Related Seminar– Friday, 18 September 2026

The school will be hosting a Career-Related Seminar on Friday, 18 September 2026. Due to the nature and arrangements of the programme, only learners who have made a reservation for the seminar will be accommodated at school on Friday. Parents are kindly requested to take note of this arrangement and ensure that learners who have not reserved a place are not sent to school on Friday.

3. Grade 8 and 9 Educational Trip

The Grade 8 and Grade 9 educational trip preparations are progressing well and the trip is now in full swing. There are currently only 8 spaces remaining. Parents who are interested in securing a place for their child are encouraged to make payment as soon as possible.

The deadline for payment is 30 September 2026.

Places will be allocated subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
