Report collection day, Academic support programme, School fees and discipline
Dear Parents/Guardians
REPORT COLLECTION, ACADEMIC SUPPORT PROGRAMME, SCHOOL FEES
AND DISCIPLINE
As we continue with an important and demanding third term, we would like to thank parents
for their continued support and commitment to the education of our learners. We would also
like to remind all parents that Term 2 report cards will be issued on Saturday, 1 August
2026, from 09h00 to 12h00. All educators will be available during this period to discuss
learners' academic performance, provide feedback on raw marks and answer any questions
parents may have. We strongly encourage every parent to attend this important report
collection session.
Mandatory Grade 8 and Grade 9 Academic Support Programme
In our ongoing effort to improve learner performance in the foundation subjects, the school
has introduced a mandatory after-school English and Mathematics support programme
for all Grade 8 and Grade 9 learners.
The programme will take place daily from 14h30 to 15h30.
Parents are kindly requested to make the necessary transport arrangements to ensure that
learners attend these compulsory classes and are collected safely after the programme.
Consistent attendance is essential for improving academic achievement and preparing
learners for future success. Classes will start on Tuesday 4 August, 2026. Detail will be
shared with grade 8 and 9 parents on Friday 31, 2026
School Fees
The School Governing Body appeals to all parents to ensure that their school fee accounts are
kept up to date.
Parents are reminded that all school fee payments must be made via Electronic Funds
Transfer (EFT). No cash payments will be accepted at the school.
Handling cash places the school, our staff and parents at unnecessary security risk. We
therefore request your full cooperation in supporting this important financial control measure
by using EFT for all payments.
